We use 2 types of ink, Plastisol and water-based. Plastisol is used for screen printing while water-based ink is used for DTG.
Plastisol ink is thick, durable, versatile, and provides clear graphic detail. It is also considered 100% solid, so every bit of it stays on the fabric when cured. This blocks the dye and creates a mostly opaque under base to print bright, bold colors
Water-based ink is made with water rather than PVC. One of the most prominent features of this type of ink is that the base does not include plastic, which makes it a more eco-friendly option. The ink seeps into the garment and dyes the material rather than sitting on top of the fabric
