Do you require a minimum for printing?

We do have a minimum quantity needed for printed garments. For screen printing and DTG, the minimum order is 48 pieces. Embroidery is 50pcs.

Where can I find your store?

VS Tees LA is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles tucked in the fashion district. Drop by and say hello! Our store address is at 1316 S Main Street, #3 Los Angeles, California 90015

Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

As long as it’s a physical address and not a P.O box, we can ship it. But, if you’re outside the US you’ll be subject to local duties and taxes depending on shipping location. Also keep in mind that product weight, package size, and destination are some of the factors that make up shipping fees.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Sad to say but we don’t. Our carriers can’t ensure prompt and safe delivery to those addresses, so we don’t have service to those destinations at this point in time.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Storefront is open from the hours listed below but you can always reach out to us through email 24/7. Mon - Thur: 10:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Friday: 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 PM 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

What resolution is optimal for my artwork?

To achieve the best result when it comes to printing, we highly recommend a 300 dpi resolution for all your images. Any image with a resolution lower than that will not provide you the outcome you want for your order.

What file types do you accept for upload?

For uploading: .PNG, .JPEG, .PSD, .ai files are accepted through our system.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?

No worries, we are here to help you fix your design/artwork. As long as the photo image is at least 300 dpi resolution.

Do you have a sizing chart?

We are committed to making you find your fit a breeze because we get how frustrating it can be when you are not sure of the difference in size from silhouette to silhouette. It’s okay! We have all of the measurements for each garment listed on our size chart on each product page on our website to make it easy for you.

What is the difference between Screenprint and DTG?

Screen Print is a printing method that uses ink that is pressed through a mesh (the screen) to the fabric while Direct to Garment Printing is a printing technique where a garment printer prints on the t-shirt. Screen printing is also a traditional technique and works well with all types of garments. It’s also more cost-efficient for bulk orders. While DTG on the other hand is a newer and faster method of printing. Works best for cotton garments and best for your designs with more than one color.

What type of ink do you use?

We use 2 types of ink, Plastisol and water-based. Plastisol is used for screen printing while water-based ink is used for DTG. Plastisol ink is thick, durable, versatile, and provides clear graphic detail. It is also considered 100% solid, so every bit of it stays on the fabric when cured. This blocks the dye and creates a mostly opaque under base to print bright, bold colors Water-based ink is made with water rather than PVC. One of the most prominent features of this type of ink is that the base does not include plastic, which makes it a more eco-friendly option. The ink seeps into the garment and dyes the material rather than sitting on top of the fabric

Do you do sample orders?

Unfortunately, we don’t as it would only cost more for you to order a sample with only one or two garments. To help you decide which printing method you should go for, you can go ahead check out our photos via our gallery page to see what would work best for your type of design.

How do I get a quote?

From the Home Page, you’ll see the Free Quote button. Select that, then complete all the necessary details in the form then hit “Submit”. We will respond to you through email with all the details and the total cost of your order.

How is my price determined?

Price is determined by the quantity, printing technique to be used, the number of ink colors (this is for screen printing), the size of the artwork, and the artwork placement area.

When will I receive my order?

For blank apparel, orders ship within 1-5 business days. Orders placed after Friday 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. Production and shipping time for printed shirts is an average of 7 to 12 business days depending on the time and the intricacy of the order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification.

Can I mix different sizes and colors for my shirt?

Yes, You can do that. The design is what needs to be the same.

What is priority processing

If you choose to have priority processing, your order gets prepared faster and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit time remains the same 5-7 business days.

I ordered the wrong size, can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, We can’t exchange your items. We highly encourage that you check the size chart on the website to help you choose the best size for your garments.

Can I print on my own shirt?

Yes, We can print your shirts for you but we highly encourage using our own blank apparel for faster processing and to ensure high-quality printing.

What is the maximum print size option?

14 x 16 is the max print size option

Are your garments preshrunk?

Yes! All of our garments went through a shrinking process during manufacture to prevent further shrinking after washing or cleaning.

What is a setup fee?

A setup fee is a cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your artwork on your garments. NOTE: THIS FEE IS WAIVED FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS! YOU SAVE $20-$25 DEPENDING ON THE INK COLOR THAT YOU PREFER.

Can you do overnight shipping?

No, We can’t do overnight shipping.

Do you provide graphic services?

No, we don’t.

I want to pickup my items, can I get them tomorrow?

Yes, The processing time is 24 hours for pick up.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please wait 24 hours and contact your local post office. If you still don't have it after that timeframe, kindly send us an email so we can assist you.

Refund Policy

SUBJECT FOR EVALUATION
We only process refunds for damaged, incorrect, or missing items in your order.

We only process a refund through STORE CREDIT for the price of the items, the shipping fee is not included.

Please inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide a photo for documentation (for damaged or incorrect items) so we can evaluate your request.

If you’re unhappy with your order and you want to return them for a refund. We’ll only process a store credit and you’ll have to shoulder the cost for the return label which will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that it will only be a refund through store credit.

Return Policy

Please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We only accept return requests for damaged or incorrect items in your order. (We'll issue a replacement or store credit depending on the situation) For other concerns aside from damaged/incorrect items PLEASE NOTE: All returned items must be unworn and in good condition. Otherwise, we'll have to refuse your return Customers will shoulder the shipping costs unless the item(s) was damaged/incorrect. Other reasons aside from damage/incorrect items, requests will be subject to approval. If your return request was approved, a 5% restocking fee will be charged.

Can I make an exchange?

Please be advised that once the order has been fulfilled or delivered, you can no longer request an exchange.

You have 12-24 hours from the time you placed the order to make any changes to your order but once the order has been processed, we’ll no longer be able to make any changes to the order.

We don’t allow an exchange if you ordered the wrong size/color (unless you agree to pay the shipping costs back and forth). Kindly, review your order before placing it to avoid inconvenience.

Disclaimer: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor/screen settings.

We do not allow an exchange if the color of the item that you received is slightly different from what’s on the website unless otherwise, it really is a different color from what you originally ordered.

If you received your order in the wrong size, we can only send you a replacement for the same color and the same item. We do not allow an exchange for a different color/size/ item than what you originally ordered.

I want to buy in bulk, do I need to create a wholesale account?

No, there's no need to create a wholesale account with us. Our retail and wholesale prices are already listed on each product's page

What's your turnaround time for print orders?

Our turnaround time is 2 weeks
