Where can I find your store?

VS Tees is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, tucked in the fashion district. Drop by and say hello! Our store address is at 1316 S Main Street, #3, Los Angeles, California 90015

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Canada and Singapore. Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes. For more details about possible charges, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Shipping fees will also vary based on factors like product weight, package size, and destination.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses under:

Armed Forces Americas (AA)
Armed Forces Europe (AE)
Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive in 7–15 business days, though delivery may take longer depending on the destination and military mail handling.

Please note: Tracking may be limited after the package enters the military postal system. Some items may be restricted due to USPS or military guidelines.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is a traditional method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the fabric. It's ideal for bold designs, solid colors, and bulk orders. The result is a durable and vibrant print that works on a wide range of garments.

What is Puff Printing?

Puff printing is a special type of screen printing that uses an additive in the ink to create a raised, 3D texture when heat is applied. It gives designs a unique, elevated look and feel. Perfect for adding depth and style.

What is Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing?

DTG is a modern digital printing method where designs are printed directly onto the fabric using a garment printer, like an inkjet for clothes. It is great for full-color, detailed artwork, and works best on 100 percent cotton. The print has a soft feel and is perfect for small runs or custom designs.

What is Direct to Film (DTF) Printing?

DTF printing involves printing a design onto a special film, then transferring it to fabric using heat and pressure. It allows for vibrant colors and fine details and works on a variety of fabric types. DTF is fast, versatile, and great for both light and dark garments.

What resolution is optimal for my artwork?

To achieve the best result when it comes to printing, we highly recommend a 300 dpi resolution for all your images. Any image with a resolution lower than that may not provide you with the outcome you want for your order.

What file types do you accept for upload?

For uploading, PNG, JPEG, PSD, and AI files are accepted through our system.

My image looks pixelated. Can you fix it?

No worries, we are here to help you fix your design/artwork. As long as the photo image is at least 300 dpi resolution.

What type of ink do you use?

We use two types of ink: Plastisol for screen printing and water-based ink for DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. Plastisol ink is thick, durable, and provides vibrant, bold prints. It sits on top of the fabric and creates a strong, opaque base, perfect for crisp graphic details.

Water-based ink, on the other hand, soaks into the fabric for a softer feel. It is made without plastic, making it a more eco-friendly option, and it works best on cotton garments.

Do you do sample orders?

Unfortunately, we don’t, as it would only cost more for you to order a sample with only one or two garments. To help you decide which printing method you should go for, you can go ahead and check out our photos via our gallery page to see what would work best for your type of design.

How do I get a quote?

From the Home Page, you’ll see the Free Quote button. Select that, then complete all the necessary details in the form, and then hit “Submit”. We will respond to you through email with all the details and the total cost of your order.

Do you keep the films/screens?

Yes, we do.

How is my price determined?

Price is determined by the quantity, printing technique to be used, the number of ink colors (screen printing), the size of the artwork, and the artwork placement area.

For custom orders, can I mix different sizes and colors for my shirt?

Yes, you can do that. The design is what needs to be the same.

Can I use my own shirt/merchandise for a custom order?

Yes, but we highly encourage using our blank apparel for faster processing and to ensure high-quality printing.

What is the maximum print size?

14” wide x 16” tall is the max print size.

What is a setup fee?

A setup fee is a cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your artwork on your garments.

Do you provide graphic services?

Yes, we do. The fee depends on the type of design you’re wanting to create.

What's your turnaround time for print orders?

Our turnaround time is 14 business days (excluding shipping)

Do you accept rush orders?

It depends on the order details. Please reach out to us so we can evaluate and see what’s possible. Kindly note that a rush fee may apply depending on the turnaround time required.

Do you have a sizing chart?

We are committed to making you find your fit a breeze because we get how frustrating it can be when you are not sure of the difference in size from silhouette to silhouette. It’s okay! We have all of the measurements for each garment listed on our size chart on each product page on our website to make it easy for you.

When will I receive my order?

For blank apparel, orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after Friday, 5 pm PST, will be processed the next business day. Shipping time depends on your location, but could take anywhere between 5-7 business days.

What is priority processing?

If you choose to have priority processing, your order gets prepared faster and shipped within 2-4 business days. Transit time remains the same, 5-7 business days.

Are your garments preshrunk?

Yes! All of our garments went through a shrinking process during manufacture to prevent further shrinking after washing or cleaning.

Can you do overnight shipping?

Yes, but processing/fulfillment time would still be the same (3-5 business days).

I want to pick up my items. Can I get them tomorrow?

Yes, the processing time is 24 hours for pickup orders.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please wait 24 hours and contact your local post office. If you still don't have it after that timeframe, kindly send us an email so we can assist you.

What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds are issued as store credit and only apply to the item cost (excluding shipping).

We accept refund requests for damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo (damaged/incorrect item) for documentation so we can evaluate your request.

If you’re returning an item for other reasons, store credit will be issued once the item is received. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

What is your Return Policy?

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Depending on the case, we may issue a replacement or store credit.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

If you're returning an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment (e.g., changed mind, exchange request, order cancellation, etc.), these types of requests will be subject to evaluation.

Please review the following important notes:

  • Returned items must be unworn and in good condition. Items that don’t meet these criteria will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Return requests for these reasons, if accepted, will incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • Once we receive the items, your refund will be processed as store credit. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges are subject to approval. If accepted, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.

I want to buy in bulk, do I need to create a wholesale account?

You don't need to create a wholesale account to buy in bulk. Both our retail and wholesale prices are already listed on each product page for your convenience.
